Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Clinical Informatics Nurse performs all clinical aspects related to the training of clinical staff on field devices, development and maintenance of business unit specific documentation sets, oversight of system upgrades and agency integration of the electronic medical record documentation system.

Responsible for monitoring the integrity of the medical record and development of standards related to the quality of electronic data collection and reporting.  Collaborates with the MIS Administrator to test and implement software upgrades as needed.

HCS is seeking a dynamic RN to work in the Wellness Department for the following duties:

• Coverage for community blood pressure clinics & foot-care clinics
• On-site employee wellness
• Screenings at health fairs

This per diem position is M-F with variable day time hours.

Candiates should have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and liability coverage on their vehicle.

HCS is seeking an individual with experience working with computers; preferably in a health care setting for this temporary position.  Position will be 20 - 37.5 hours per week and last approximately 8 weeks.

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer and the IS Systems Administrtor, the IS Technical Support Assistant provides additional support for the HCS equipment as required as the system expands.

Duties to include: 

• Assisting with the maintenance of the operations of the agency hardware and software in all HCS offices.  This would include diagnosis and correction of problems;
• providing installation of hardware and the updating and correction of software in clients' homes;
• Assisting with set up and maintenance of equipment in all HCS offices and being a resource to staff.

HCS is seeking an energetic, people oriented person for this full time, benefitted position in the Keene office. 

Under the direction of the Associate Director of the VNA at HCS, the Clinical Scheduler will schedule professional and support services, provide administrative/secretarial support to the Associate Director of the VNA at HCS and general secretarial support to other agency staff as appropriate. 

Also responsible for data entry into the Allscripts computer system, filing, printing, ordering forms and other related functions.
