Age in Motion is an exercise program designed for older adults to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Both men and women are welcome to join.

Sessions consist of warm-ups, lifting weights, exercises for balance and flexibility and a cool down period. Trained instructors lead the class. A donation of $2 per class is requested.

Charletown, Chesterfield and Walpole Age In Motion programs will resume in the fall.

The following programs are ongoing:

Hinsdale Millstream Community Center Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:45am - 11:45am

Marlborough Community House Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00am - 10:00am

Winchester ELMM Community Center Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Physician approval is required to join. Registration packets are available by calling Denise at Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services at 352-2253 or 1-800-541-4145.

Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is Medicare certified, and licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
