Writing Workshop

Drop-in Bereavement Support

Thursdays, February 9 through March 15

9:30am – 10:30am

Keene Senior Center, 70 Court Street

This drop-in group provides support and information around issues of grief.  No registration necessary.  Open to the public, ages 50+.

 

Ongoing Bereavement Support

Drop in Bereavement Support and Grief Education is available in Keene.  This is a time to talk about loss, find out about the grief process and coping strategies, and living with loss.  No registration is necessary, and all groups are offered at no charge as a community service. 

 

Keene Area Bereavement Drop-In

Second and fourth Tuesdays of every month.  Drop in from 10:00am to 11:30am at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services, 312 Marlboro Street in Keene.  No registration necessary.

 

Charlestown Area Bereavement Support

First and third Wednesdays each month, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm at The Clark Mortensen Agency, 154 Main Street, Charlestown.  Registration is required.  To register and for more information, please call Lisa Arkell at 826-3322.

 

Hospice Library Hours

The Hospice at HCS library is open for anyone to browse through our book collection or sit in quiet meditation.  Books are available on loan.  Our bereavement staff is on hand to answer questions and talk about concerns.

The Library is open every Monday from 12:00noon to 2:00pm.  The library is located at Home Healthcare Hospice and Community Services, 312 Marlboro Street, Keene.  For further information about these services, contact Lynn Anne Palmer, LICSW at (603) 352-2253.

Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is Medicare certified, and licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
