Customized Care
We understand that sometimes a little help goes a long way. Whether the challenge is making meals, getting ready for the day or socializing with other seniors, we're ready to help. Our Customized Care programs offer a continuum of care which can be customized with services that meet your particular needs. This includes working within your budget as well as coordinating with insurance plans and Medicare coverage. All in the comfort of home.

Our nurse supervisor will visit you in your home at no charge to design a care plan that best meets your needs for in-home personal care or support.
Geriatric Care Management services are available for those needing comprehensive assistance in coordinating medical, financial, social and household management activities.

Payment Options
Our Customized Care staff works with you to determine the payment sources that may be available for the care for you or your family member. Customized Care is provided on a fee basis; your long term care insurance or public funding sources may also be available to assist in defraying the cost of care. Credit card payments through Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Our Geriatric Care Planner can also assist you and your loved ones in exploring with payment options and funding sources.
