Customized Care's Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses provide the care you need in the convenience of your own home.
Regular visits from a Customized Care nurse can provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Your nurse checks vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure, reviews and sets out medications, monitors health changes weekly, and communicates any health issues with your physician.
Your nurse can arrange and supervise your Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) who will provide personal care.
Both pediatric and adult private duty nursing services are available from 2 to 24 hours a day.
