Fare Information
The Friendly Bus rides are available on a donation basis. A $2.00 donation per trip is suggested.

City Express fares are $1.00 a ride; discount tickets are available.

Para Express rides are $2.00.

Tickets can be purchased on any City Express vehicle or at the Transportation Office of Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services.

The VNA at HCS is soliciting proposals for a server and related equipment meeting the following minimum requirements:

  -          (2) Six Core 64bit  Processors at least 2.5GHz 12M Cache, (8) 2.5” SAS bays, DVDRW, Dual Gigabit NICs

  -          Minimum 48GB of PC3-10600 240 Pin DDR3 SDRAM

-          (8) 146GB SAS 6Gb/s 15K RPM Drives

-          3 Year 24/7  4 Hour hardware support

-          (1) License for Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery

 -          (1) SQL 2008 License with (5) CAL’s

-          (1) Symantec Backup Exec SQL Agent License

-          (1) Rack mountable UPS capable of running

-          (1) Network Monitoring for UPS unit 2400 Watts/3000 VA or higher

-          (1) License of Windows 2008 Server (standard) Server and related equipment specifications are available from the Transportation Program at the VNA at HCS, 312 Marlboro Street in Keene, NH, by calling the agency at (603) 352-2253 or at their website at http://www.hcsservices.org/services/transportation/arra_procurement.php The proposal process is in accordance with the procurement procedures for grantees and contractors set forth in the Federal Transit Administration Master Agreement.  All bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. It is anticipated that the award will be made by 4pm on November 18, 2011 and equipment must be delivered on December 1, 2011 or at a mutually agreeable time shortly thereafter.  The completion date for this project will be 30 days after the start of the project. 

Firms having capabilities for providing these services are invited to submit a proposal to Harry Costick, Transportation Manager, Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services, P.O. VNA at HCS

(Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services)REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS COMPUTER HARDWARE and Related Equipment  The VNA at HCS is soliciting proposals for computer hardware and related equipment for to support applications for their transportation program located at 312 Marlboro Street in Keene, NH. The specifications for this service are to include all labor costs as well as material and shipping costs. The specifications are as follows: 

1.       General Requirements1.1.    Itemized cost proposal to include a list of all expenses, i.e. delivery costs.1.2.    Minimum of two (2) client references

1.       Warranty Requirements 

1.1.    Hardware shall carry a warranty with documented terms and conditions that is effective for no less than 3 calendar years from the date of purchase and shall be the sole responsibility of the seller to administrate any claims made by the buyer against the seller and /or OEM during the warranty term. Any costs such as, but not limited to, shipping, restocking or administrative fees associated with a warranty claim shall be at the sellers’ expense. Seller shall provide warranty services for all material and workmanship for 3 calendar years from the date     invoice is paid for installation services and hardware.

1.2  Warranty Services are to include any and all time, labor, materials and or fees involved in resolving issues that arise from equipment failures or buyer warranty claims.                         

3.       Specification Compliance

3.1.    The specifications indicated in this bid invitation will be considered the minimum requirements. Bidder’s offer must meet or exceed these minimum requirements. 

3.2.    All equipment and components offered by the bidder must be new: shall not be used, rebuilt, refurbished; shall not have been used as demonstration equipment, and shall not have been placed anywhere for evaluation purposes.

Proposals should not exceed 2 pages. 

Following an initial assessment of the proposals submitted, qualified firms may be invited to attend oral interviews prior to final selection.  Qualified firms must have a DUNS number and be registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).  

The proposal process shall be in accordance with the procurement procedures for grantees and contractors set forth in the Federal Transit Administration Master Agreement.  The Transportation program of  the VNA at HCS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, as well as the right to accept other than the lowest cost proposal. 

A fixed price contract will be executed with the selected firm.  The contract will include scope of services, terms of compensation, reporting requirements, performance period, termination provision, and general contract provisions, including, but not limited to, insurance and indemnification requirements.  It is anticipated that the award will be made by 4pm on November 18, 2011 and delivery of hardware and related equipment will be not later than  December 1, 2010 or at a mutually agreeable time shortly thereafter.  The completion date for this project will be 10 days after the start of the project.
