Home Health Aide services may be paid for by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurances. When services are not covered by insurances, families may choose our Preferred Care private duty program.
Home Health Aides can help with recovery at home during a short term illness, or for the longer term for those with chronic illnesses. Home Health Aides provide personal care for patients, including bathing, shampooing and shaving. They assist with simple dressing changes and skin care, and they may assist with exercises to improve mobility.

Home Health Aides at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services are trained Licensed Nursing Assistants and are certified by the State of New Hampshire. All care is under the supervision of a registered nurse.
