HCS hosts caregiver support groups in-person and over Zoom. Join us for support and information and connect with others. The Caregiver Support groups are open to all caregivers of those with chronic illness, Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementia. During the group you will find that you may:
- Exchange practical information on caregiving problems and possible solutions
- Share different ways of adapting to the continuing stress of coping
- Share concerns in a supportive atmosphere
