BUTTERFLY RELEASE EVENT – JUNE 10 – SOLD OUT

The 10th Annual Ceremony of Remembrance & Gratitude will be held on Thursday, June 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reserved time slots will be offered to allow for social distancing. The event is held in Butterfly Park, located at 320 Marlboro Street – next to the HCS Parking lot. Wheelchair entrance via Bartholomew Court.

The Meals on Wheels program at Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services (HCS) is joining the nationwide “March for Meals” again this year, creating our own challenge to raise funds for our local program. "Show Your Mittens for Meals on Wheels” is HCS’ Cheshire County version of the recent Bernie Sanders meme that raised funds for Meals on Wheels in Vermont!

Exciting news! For the 13th year running, the Meals on Wheels network is participating in the 2020 Subaru Share the Love Event. Over the past twelve years, Subaru and its retailers have helped Meals on Wheels to deliver more than 2.3 million meals nationwide to seniors in need.
