Six-week Grief Support (Oct/Nov)

This six-week facilitated series is led by HCS Bereavement Coordinator, Jessica Walter. the series follows Alan Wolfet’s framework “The Six Needs of Mourning”. It is intended as a safe and supportive introduction to exploring loss and finding beneficial coping strategies.
The October series will begin on September 15, and run six consecutive Wednesdays until November 19. Class will be held at the HCS Keene office at 312 Marlboro Street, Keene, NH 03431 from 5 PM – 6 PM
The series is completely free to the public, but registration is required by calling HCS at 603-352-2253.
