On Tuesday, February 24, 9 AM -12 PM, at HCS Keene, get FREE blood pressure readings, enjoy educational activities and snack on heart healthy treats! Don’t miss the opportunity to chat with on-site nurses, pharmacists and nutritionist about all things heart-health. This event is open to the public through the Family Resource Center – everyone is welcome!
