Your friends at Healthy Starts and the Family Resource Center would like to invite you to join Long Distance Backpacker Rachel Kowalsky at Chesterfield Gorge. This family friendly hike is designed to help us all learn ways that nature can be wonderful entertainment for you and your kids. All participants must be able to walk or be in a carrier; no strollers allowed. Bring a bag lunches.
Bring plenty of water, sunscreen and bug spray

We will gather at the parking lot on Route 9. Look for Rachel Kowalsky and Amy DeLisle by the trail entrance. They will be heading off on the trail by 10:10 am.
