Who is eligible?
Primary caregivers for someone in their household with dementia are eligible for respite time.
How much respite is available?
Respite is available for up to a three-hour block once a week. Weekend and evening times are available.
How can I participate?
Call the Memory Care at Home program at HCS at 603-352-2253. The nurse program manager will discuss the service with you and determine if this program can meet your needs.
