HCS is honored to announce our upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place on November 6, 2025 from 5 PM to 7:30 PM at 312 Marlboro Street in Keene. This annual celebration recognizes the achievements and accomplishments of the HCS staff over the last year and looks toward the future of compassionate care in southwestern New Hampshire.
The evening will begin at 5:00 PM with refreshments and a chance to mingle. Enjoy the music performed by one of our own talented Hospice musicians, while savoring delicious foods and drinks. This time to relax and connect is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has been a part of this year’s journey.
The evenings program will begin at 5:30 PM with our keynote speaker, Paulette Schwartz LCSW, MPH, CPXP, the Director of Human Centered Care at the Hartford HealthCare’s Community Network. Schwartz will speak on The Emotional & Economic Cost of the End of Life.
In addition, we are excited to host a silent auction where you can bid on wonderful items while supporting ongoing HCS
