Make a Meaningful New Year’s Resolution
Become a Hospice Volunteer
As the new year begins, many people look for ways to give back, find purpose, and make a lasting difference. Becoming a Hospice Volunteer with Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services (HCS) is a powerful way to turn compassion into action.
Hospice Volunteers are vital members of the Hospice at HCS care team, working alongside nurses, social workers, and spiritual counselors to provide comfort, companionship, emotional support, and respite for caregivers. Volunteers offer a calm, reassuring presence to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments, wherever the patient calls home.
Our upcoming Hospice Volunteer Training series will prepare you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to serve confidently in this rewarding role.
