Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is pleased to announce that their Peterborough Office has moved to the campus of Monadnock Community Hospital. The HCS office is located in the Medical Arts Building, Suite 208 at 454 Old Street Road. The telephone number for the office will remain the same- 603-352-2253. The office hours will be Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services provides physician ordered visiting nurse, physical and occupational therapy services, and medical social work to hundreds of people every day to assist them to recover at home or to remain safely at home. The agency also provides hospice care at home, in assisted living and in long term care facilities throughout the region, and Healthy Starts, connecting young families to resources. The office will serve as a base for clinicians working in the Peterborough area.
In addition, several services will be available at the office, including foot care by appointment and Walk in Wednesday on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the opportunity for people to drop in ask questions about home care resources.

The Peterborough Office had been located at the Vose Farm Road Business Center for several years.
