HCS is thrilled be expanding our Hospice at HCS team with the addition of Laurie Wilcox as a Care Transition Specialist! In her role, Laurie will partner closely with are medical providers, facility and community partners. Additionally, she will provide vital education on quality-of-life options, helping families and facility staff understand the scope of support available through Hospice at HCS. Laurie joins the HCS team with extensive experience in bereavement support, hospice volunteering, and is also a certified Death Doula. Please join us in welcoming Laurie to the HCS team!
