Age in Motion is an exercise program designed especially for older adults to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
Sessions consist of warm-ups, lifting weights, exercises for balance and flexibility, and a cool down period. Trained instructors lead the class. All older adults are welcome to join, and physician approval is required to join the class.
A $2 donation per class is requested.
