Title VI of the Civil Rights Act

The VNA at HCS operates its programs and services, including the City Express, ParaExpress, and Friendly Bus,  without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  If you feel you have been discriminated against based on your race, color, or national origin, you may file a complaint with the VNA at HCS’s Corporate Compliance Officer.  For more information on the VNA at HCS’s civil rights program or to file a complaint, please call our office at 603-352-2253 or email jmack@hcsservices.org or complete the online complaint form.  The VNA at HCS investigates complaints received no more that 180 days after the alleged incident.
