City Express
Get where you need to go in temperature-controlled comfort.
With service from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, excluding holidays.
Single and multi-ride tickets are available for purchase on the bus. For information about 6 month and annual bus passes, please call the Transportation Office at 603-352-8494.
Friendly Bus
The Friendly Bus is a shared ride, door to door, community transportation service for seniors, available for adults age 60 and over.
The Friendly Bus can provide rides to get groceries, visiting friends, to medical appointments, having lunch at the Friendly Meals – any activity in the City of Keene.
Reservations are required.
Para Express
The Para Express is public transportation for people whose disability prevents them from using the City Express fixed route service. It provides complementary door-to-door para-transit services.

Transportation Program Manager
Charlie has managed HCS’s transportation program since September 2019. The program has eight buses, three Meals on Wheels vehicles, 13 drivers, and 2 dispatchers. Charlie is responsible for day-to-day operations of the program. He has extensive experience in manufacturing management. He is working to maximize the service that HCS delivers to the region.
