Caregiver Support Group – In Person

Every Wednesday from 1-2, join the peer-to-peer Caregiver Support Group as it meets at the HCS Keene office. Rotating Nursing and Social Work staff members from our agency serve as facilitators, but this is truly a group for and by those living with the role of being a caregiver.
