The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor
Hospice service includes care from medical, social and spiritual disciplines. The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor is an integral part of the Hospice team. The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor listens to the client and family members and is supportive with end of life needs.
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor is non denominational.
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor meets with clients and family members and provides necessary emotional and spiritual support.
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor is available at any time during care to clients and their families.
Spiritual Care Counseling services are available wherever people call home, including long-term care and assisted living facilities.
The service is confidential.
Arranging Visits
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor contacts all clients to arrange a visit if they so choose. Arrangements for continued visits are made at the time of the initial visit. Visits can also be arranged by calling Hospice at HCS at 603-352-2253.

ABOUT HOSPICE AT HCS
Hospice focuses on living life to the fullest while experiencing a terminal illness. At Hospice at HCS, our goal is to help the patient and family members come to terms with death as a natural part of life. Hospice at HCS provides care throughout southwestern New Hampshire, wherever people call home, including long term care and assisted living facilities.
