The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor
Hospice service includes care from medical, social, and spiritual disciplines. The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor is an integral part of the Hospice team. The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor listens to the client and family members and is supportive with end of life needs.
Arranging Visits
The Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor contacts all clients to arrange a visit if they so choose. Arrangements for continued visits are made at the time of the initial visit. Visits can also be arranged by calling Hospice at HCS at 603-352-2253.

Hospice focuses on living life to the fullest while experiencing a terminal illness. At Hospice at HCS, our goal is to help the patient and family members come to terms with death as a natural part of life. Hospice at HCS provides care throughout southwestern New Hampshire, wherever people call home, including long term care and assisted living facilities.
