We can’t plan for everything. But we can talk about what is most important — in our life, and in our health care — with those who matter most. National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16 is an annual initiative to encourage people to express their wishes regarding health care and for health care teams to respect those wishes, whatever they may be.

Join the movement — stop by HCS and pick up materials to get the conversation started. HCS has NH Advance Care Planning Guides available in the lobby of our Keene office at 312 Marlboro Street for anyone who would like to pick up a booklet. May you and your loved ones have peace of mind, knowing your wishes for healthcare have been communicated.

If you need help or information before making these decisions, we encourage you to attend a virtual panel discussion on April 27, “We Should Probably Talk About This.”  A group of local legal, financial, and health care experts will answer questions and discuss options that we may not have considered about future living, future giving, and future receiving. No registration necessary.
